Hi, I'm Jason!
I’ve been coaching since 2004 and working in mental performance consulting since 2020. Since then, I’ve supported:
Athletes and coaches across 20+ sports, from teens to Paralympic and Olympic gold medalists
Teams at every level, from grassroots to national programs to pros
Executives at various governmental and private organizations
My vision
I believe sport can be one of the best teachers in life, if we let it. It’s not just about results. My mission is to help people grow through those lessons, so they can succeed in sport, at work, and in life.

Part-time professor at the University of Ottawa in Applied Sport Psychology
Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and Canadian Sport Psychology Association.
Approved Mentor with AASP for the next generation of CMPCs
Master’s in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
Chartered Professional Coach (Coaches Association of Canada)

What is mental performance consulting?
Mental performance consulting helps you build the mental and emotional skills that support real growth, both in and out of sport.
Just like you train your athletic abilities in the gym with a strength coach, or fuel it with help from a dietitian, CMPC work is the support for your mind, training you to build the mental tools and skills necessary for peak performance.
